Casket Works, Artspace Study, Salford

Assessment of viable development and management routes for a City Council owned building where three arts organisations are short hold tenants, Hot Bed Press, Cow Lane Studios and Suite Studios. The study examined the need for arts and creative industry workspace as a part of the regeneration and mix of the wider Chapel Street area, and the viability to develop the wider site with new-build elements and mixed uses.
