Darlington Gateway Study

Creative Industries Study produced by ci:p as part of the wider Darlington Gateway Study, commissioned by Darlington Borough Council in 2006 with BDP as lead consultants.  ci:p contributed sector expertise, demand analysis and key cultural sector intervention proposals, forming part of a key strand of the study examining Sectorial Opportunities in the Town.  The future planning and development of key cultural organisations and venues in the Town (Darlington Arts Centre, The Civic Theatre and the Forum Music Centre) were cited as priorities, and form the basis of further development work and investigation in the redevelopment of the eastern end of the town centre.
