Creative Industries Workspace Feasibility Study for Leicester City Council. ci:p acted as specialist creative industry sector consultants to Focus Consultants Limited, researching sector demand, building location and site analysis, design layout, business planning and operational plan. The Depot Creative Managed Workspace opened in July 2004 as the first major project in the St.Georges Cultural Quarter development and provides artist studios and creative industries business accommodation. The building was successfully delivered for the City Council by Ash Sekula Architects.
